Where can i download Desktop version 10?

I have a Parallels Desktop Version 10 Licence. In the recent times i did't used it, but now i want to install it again.
Where can i get the download for Version 10? At download section only version 9 is available. Version 9 can not be installed on 10.13.3.

any idea would be helpful.
