Where is Grub menu -e does not work? And what is the root password?

    Hi I use M2 and installed KALI Linux 2023-2-arm64!
    I can not access grub menu -e button does not work!
    Also I need to know root password.
    Also if there is a documentation please can you share a link?
    Do we have a documentation?
