Hi @SaehoonD , you can access the Windows drive from Mac desktop. Please make sure that "Mount Windows drive on Mac" is turned N under sharing.

Unfortunately, TimeMachine doesn't allow to access the sharing.

Hi @SaehoonD , just to confirm, do you have your Windows virtual machine on Time machine?

Hello @SeahoonD In order to get the files from the Progam Files you need to find the virtual machine(PVM File). If you found the PVM file, please refer this article http://kb.parallels.com/118738 for accessing the PVm file. Thanks, Shathish

I have the following error with the PVM file.
"Make sure that the virtual disk is not corrupt and is not in use by Parallels Desktop or another application."
So, I created Windows 10 recovery tool and tried to boot from USB, but I have the following error.
"parallels PXE-E53 no boot filename received."
Is there any method to use the recovery tool with Parallels environment?

I followed the instruction and I have one more pre-warning message.
"The hard disk image file used by the hard disk 6 (0) is corrupt and its data cannot be recovered."
