My PVM file is in users/robinkaspar/library/Parallels. Is this where it's supposed to be? There is an empty Parallels subfolder in my Documents folder. My husband seems to think it's supposed to be there.
Where is the PVM file supposed to reside?

On my iMac they are located .../users/shared/parallels/, because I have more than one account on the iMac. On my mac book air the location is .../kat/documents/parallels/mybootcamp.
I also have one of my pvm on a external drive. As long as you know the location of the PVM files on your computer you should be fine.
