you probably have some DNS problem - check if it resolves to proper IP:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>ping kb.parallels.com

well now--- that's inconvenient. Ping came back ok, forward/reverse lookups ok.
Will check with the firewall peeps to see what is going on.

Got the same problem in Internet Explorer 6.
KB page flashes up for a second and then - page not found

Works fine in Opera
