Which choice to choose in installing Parallels 5?

I have an iMac with OS X 6.4 I have already loaded Windows on the iMac in BootCamp. I have just loaded Parallels 5 on the iMac. I am now at a window which has 3 choices: (New windows installation, Import virtual machine and Use your virtual machine)

Which of those do I choose?
 
There's a document called "Getting Started.pdf" in the Parallels folder that is in the Applications folder. It explains the three options.

You don't have any virtual machines to import or to use so click the first option "New windows installation" even though you won't be installing windows. The description "Create a virtual machine..." is applicable. Follow the instructions on page 17 "Adding Virtual Machines".
