I own an old Parallels Desktop version, and thought I could update from it to the latest version. A lengthy research if that 2006 version would be sufficient yielded no answer, so I went ahead with the update instead of the outright purchase. As it turns out my old parallels desktop cannot be used for the update option. I have no problem with paying for the full version, but I'd like a refund for the update (including that extra download fee). Who can I contact for that transaction? Problem solved I started a ticket with support on this, and they resolved it within less than 24 hours! I now have a new license key that works. I am pleased with the way this problem was handled. Stefan
