Why can't I drag and drop files from OSX to Parallels?

I had Parallels 8 and used to be able to do this. I backed up my .pvm file, uninstalled Parallels and installed the 10 trial to make sure it would work for me and I don't drag and drop files between the 2 now. Under the Sharing settings it's set to share all Max folders...

Help?

How can I make it so that when I drag a file into Parallels it is moved off of my OSX desktop and into Windows? Right now it sort of just doubles it and if I delete it in 1 it deletes from BOTH operating systems. Thanks!
 
In the VM configuration, go to Options->Sharing->Configure... then deselect the "Desktop" checkbox. That seemed to work for me.
