Why can't I receive the trial key?

Hi, Firstly I tried to active my account. But I fail because I can't receive any mail. Then I install parallels for windows and the version is 10. and I tried to appy a key for 14-day free. But I can't get it. Could you check your system if you have send it to me.
 
How can we receive trial keys?Do we need to purchase it?
