Why does my Win 10 VM has 51GB of data but the actual .pvm file is 191GB?

Why does my Win 10 VM has= 255GB(Local Disk C:/) minus 204GB(free space)=51GB of data but the actual .pvm file is 191GB? And I have only ONE snapshot! Shouldn't my .pvm file be close to the size of the data in VM? (in my case 51GB-60GB)

This pvm file maybe like a partition, if you put new data into disk, PD will allocates new disk space, this pvm file's size will increase.
Though in guest OS, we may uninstall or delete something, pvm file will not shrink.
I don't know why PD supports Windows while not for Linux.
