Why does one VM show up on network but the other does not?

I have 2 Parallels VMs, one each on two different MacBook Pro's. Both are set up as Bridged Network (Default Adapter). One Mac (#1) is exclusively on WiFi, the other (#2) is connected both direct connect/Ethernet, and WiFi (for convenience if I unplug the cable).

Yet, #1 does not show up on the router's list of connected devices, yet #2 does. From what I see they are both configured similarly, I don't think I have changed anything. I have tried deleting the Network for both Macs under Parallels/Configure, and re-add it, with no effect - so I am pretty sure it is default config except for changing to Bridged Network. The IP addresses reported within Windows on both VMs are able to be pinged. If I unplug the direct connection for #2, so that it is just connected via WiFi like Mac #1, the #2 VM still shows up in the connected devices list.

Is there anything I should check that would stop #1 from showing up? Or does anyone know why this is happening, as I read that in bridged network the VMs should show up on the network just like a computer or device.
