Why is my RAM clock speed different in my guest OS ?

I have a windows 8 RC VM and the task manager shows a ram speed of 667Mhz while my ram is supposed to be a 1333MHZ (see screenshot).

Is this only limited to windows 8 (i don't have another VM) ?

Configuration:
Macbook pro early 2011
cpu : 2.2 ghz core i7

but also seem windows side 667MHZ.... Why did not you answer dablaze21 ? IT was a critical issue?

And also I using Paralells Desktop last version. Why we are not using 10 GB ram and 2133 MHZ
URGENT You should answer that anormal situtation.
