Wi-Fi Internet connection issues on host Mac

Bit poster
have some unstable Internet connection when running windows (xp, 7, 10) on my macbook pro 15 (mid2014).

wi-fi is on but web connections stop working, then I disable and enable wi-fi and it start working until next issue.

issue happens every ±10min

using Parallels Desktop 12.1.1, hosted OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

any concerns?
