Wifi stopped working on Parallels/Windows side

Parallels 11, Windows 7 - Macbook Pro early 2013
Wireless suddenly not working on Mac side.
Windows says unidentified network- public network, but it is configured as private
Says opening port.
error 1231 the network location cannot be reached
troubleshooting says no fixed IP address
the Mac side see's it and works.

1. Please (re)install Parallels Tools.
2. Change the network type to shared networking mode and let us know how it works.

Why it switched yesterday is a curiosity, since I have never been in those menus
