Will an UNINSTALL or 7 "Fix" Parallels 6? MBP + Win7

I can't seem to get Parallels to work on my MBP and am ready to throw in the towel. The machine is constantly running the fan when this software is on, and I have some 3D software that won't even *START* in Parallels. Between the weird daemon/naptd files that run up to 100% of CPU with (sorry) no response from Parallels for months I am ready to throw up my hands.

Is there a step by step for uninstalling or re-installing Parallels that is worth a try here? Will upgrading to Parallels 6 help me out here??

I immediately upgraded from Parallels 5 and things are still bunged up.

Is there a paid help line I can call to get this straightened out?

Thanks for any advice, encouragement, constructive suggestions etc.
 
Tried a re-install by spending 19.95 on a tech call.

I don't really mind spending the money but does anyone know if there are other options in addition to posting in this forum or buying tech assistance?
