Will anyone at Parallels support ever answer the phone?

    I have spent a week trying to get Parallels to boot a working Windows 10 BootCamp partition. The support team only responds by email and they take 24 hours to respond to each email. This is unacceptable and I need this VM working ASAP to get my work done. I spent 2 hours on hold after calling the main support number shown on the Parallels website. Will anyone at Parallels ever answer the phone? I need this problem fixed or a refund to go find another solution.
