Will downloaded ver 7 for Snow Leapard work with Lion

I just bought a MacBook Pro using Lion. Can I buy a "downloaded" version of Parallels 7 for Mac from eValueSoftware that is for Snow Leopard and have it work with Lion?

It's the difference between $45 on eValueSoftware and $80 on Parallels.

All you're doing is getting a license code, so it doesn't matter where you download the software from. I'm wary about this evaluesoftware site, though.
