Will Mojave VM work in High Sierra Host?

I have a mid 2011 imac that is running OS X High Sierra. In order to run Turbotax 2020 this year I will need to have a host running OS X Mojave or later.

Unfortunately my imac does not support Mojave natively. Worse yet, it doesn't look like I can use DosDude1's patcher to get my iMac to run Mojave because of some issue with the Radeon GPU in my imac.

I'd like to know if Parallels 15 or 16 will support a Mojave virtual machine on my imac. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Thanks.

It should, since I"m running Mojave in an El Capitan host with no problems.
