will not shut down

    Hi,

    I have parallels installed on my mac running windows 10. Works perfectly but the mac cannot shut down, parellels is stopping it. Is there a fix for this? Cheers, Brad.

    Hello, Brad. Are you attempting to shut down the Mac directly when Windows is running?
