Win 11/M1/P 18.1.1: individual program windows remain black until state change

Hello,

every time I resume from hibernation, all program windows show black contents until I change their state, such as restoring from maximized to "restored", or going from a small window to maximizing it etc. This seems to trigger a refresh. It's not a big problem, but I believe this did not happen a few months ago. It's not related to the 22H2 update though, the problem was there before that. It might be related to Parallels 18 as opposed to 17, but I don't remember.

Is this a Parallels or a Windows issue?
