P Parallels User Dec 9, 2011 #2 Probably because your Windows 7 DVD or download is the 32 bit version? Double check it.
S StarShot Member Dec 9, 2011 #3 My Windows 7 Home Premium came with 2 DVDs, one labeled 32 bit and the other 64 bit.
