WIN 7 ultimate Realtek RTL 8029 driver

Hello,

WIN 7 tells me, that the driver for the REALTEK RTL 8029 is not compatibel in Parallels 5 for MAC.

Has anyone an idea?

Hi,

Do you have Parallels tools installed and whether network works ok in VM?

Parallels Tools provides own driver for network, so the card in reality is not a realtek 8029. You can safely ignore this if network works
 
I have Parallels Tools installed and the network is working, but WIN 7 in the VM shows me the mentioned error. So I ignore this.

Internetsecurity 2009

I have a new problem. I have Parallels Internetsecurity 2009 installed and this was working fine until I made an upgrade of my shares program, which donwloads every night the datas from the stock market. Before the upgrade everything was ok. After no download is possible, because Internetsecurity blocks. When I switch off Internersecurity, it works fine. I changed the rules making the entire folder from the software free, but it is not working.

Please need help.
