Win 98 Virtual Machine-can't access CD drive

I'm using a Win 98 Virtual Machine and I'm unable to access the CD-rom drive (physical and virtual) at all-any way to fix this?

Are Parallels tools installed?

Yes-fixed by changing the IDE channels
