Win XP pro not starting in parallels7

Hi, i have 2 different win xp running, they work fine on my mac pro with parallels6.
The moment i use parallels7 only one windowsXP works, the other never gets over the black boot screen.

Its not computer related as its the same problem on different macs.

I cant update my main mac pro unless this problem is solved.

Any ideas?
 
i would get the black screen when i had my iphone plugged in via usb. unplugging and restarting the vm would work fine.
