Win10 1803 & Full Mac Lockup

Win10 1709 >>> 1803

Today 1803 kicked, I am on Windows Insider Preview: Just Fixes, apps, drivers / Release Preview ring.

After this installed earlier my MacBook became unresponsive (beach ball). I could not force quit anything on Mac and had to power down. After the 3rd "beach ball" I had put Windows 10 to restore previous 1709 version. All is well but Windows is going into download 1803 again.

Ideas what to do now?
 
Hi - 8MB. The Mac has a total of 16MB and I give Window 8MB. Which has been my settings all along (giving Windows 1/2 of Total).
 
Now after I have rolled back to the previous windows, as soon as I put in Parallels Tools I get the same whole Mac lockup. I have reduced the Parallels hardware to all recommended values, that did not help. I tool screen shots of Mac Monitor but the images are to large for the forum (it keep running but beached balled on 'network' tab). I tried to use force quit in Mac Monitor but I still had to force power off.

I can get into Windows 10 in safe mode.
