Win10 Expanding C Drive from 64 to 128GB

So after running out of disk space after 10049 was installed I thought it best to expand my disk. However, I now have a 64GB partition that I cannot seem to do anything with. Now what do I do?
I am on 10.2.0 (28956)

fixed it myself and extended the disk to 128GB. Needed to use Diskpart in PowerShell, steps in attached txt file.
