Win7x64 Crystal Problem

I'm running latest Parallels5 on W7x64, Snow Leopard, using Office 2010x86. If I run apps from the W7 VM in Crystal or Coherence mode, many times the app window will not appear when I click on the icon in the Snow Leopard app bar. Also, when using Outlook 2010, I noticed that the window minimization effect I normally see is not applied; the window just disappears. However, IE8 seems to work appropriately. The big issue is that I can't always restore my apps once they are minimized. As far as I can tell there is no issue with the apps in window / fullscreen modes. While it happens sometimes with other apps, it pretty much always happens with Outlook 2010.

Ideas?

Why x64 Win and x86 Office?

I have much the same on my new 6,1 8GB core i7 MBP (10.6.3, Win7 x64), except I have x64 Office 2010, and both Coherence and Crystal work a treat.
 
Plugins, I think...

The Technet site suggested that using the x86 version was more compatible with old plugins than the x64 is and is generally more compatible. MS actually recommends it unless you're using humongous Excel files, for example, which is not me! ;-)

I'll give the x64 version a try & see what happens!
