Windos 7 VM and Apple Cinema Display

Hi,

I have recently installed Parallel desktop 5 and when i open the windows 7 VM my the sound of the mac itunes through the apple cinema display speakers turns noisy. I have to take off the USB and pug it back again to get it to sound right and turn VM off to ensure that it won't happen again.

Anyone knows how can I solve this problem?.

Try removing USB from the virtual machine configuration. Go to Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Hardware -> USB Controller. Press the [-] button to remove USB Controller.

Also check Parallels Desktop -> Preferences -> USB and make sure nothing is listed in Permanent assignments and select the Connect it to my Mac option.
