Window installation is hanged.

    Window installation is hanged and it is not going further in Parallels 12.
    I have submitted report and the report number is 344063829.

    Parallels Desktop 12 is an end of life product and we no longer support it. We also see that you are using it in Catalina and which is not compatible. You can try installing the latest upgrade after activating trial/purchasing and test/use.
