Windows 10, all Mac folders are now not writeable

Just upgraded to 17. Prior to this, the windows 10 VM worked fine: Office, quicken, and other files that live on the Mac could be accessed. I could copy files to/from windows and the mac.

Now, trying to move anything from Windows to Mac results in a "Destination Folder Access Denied" Error. To be clear, this just came up and was not an Issue before the latest upgrade.

I have reinstalled parallels tools. I have ensured Parallels has full disk access

Oddly enough, I can reach into the C: drive from Mac Finder and initiate a copy from there. I cannot initiate a copy from Windows program manager.

Parallels
Version 17.0.1 (51482)
Windows 10 Pro, 20H2

Further addendum - the problem persists with a brand new copy of windows. It's got to be something on the Parallels side
