Windows 10 Bootcamp still offering to open files with Mac apps

I tried creating a Parallels VM from my Windows 10 Bootcamp partition, but like many others ran into the VM activation problem.

So deleted the Bootcamp VM and uninstalled Parallels tools from the Bootcamp partition, but Windows still offers to open files with Mac apps.

Any idea how to clean this up?
