Windows 10 Didn't install

Hi there-
I just installed Parallels 16 on new M1 MacBook Pro/Big Sur
it has installed but doesn't seem to have installed Windows 10, the support on the Parallels site basically says it is easy, one click and you are done...
1) I open Parallels and get a screen that says Windows 10 and a big arrow-
2) it spins for a few seconds and says there is no operating system installed in this virtual machine and suggest to install an OS connect to a source with and OS like a thumb drive, CD, disk image etc.
I don't have that, so what do I do from here?
