On a possilbly related topic, I installed Parallels 12 yesterday, and then windows 10. I don't even see the option anywhere to go to coherent mode. The only reason I knew about coherent mode is by reading the parallels online guides. I thought it have been removed and just old data online. I've uninstalled Parallel Tools in windows 10, rebooted it, reinstalled it, and still have no luck. I've attached two snips to show it doesn't show up in the Mac bar or in configure. Looking for answers...
