Windows 10 display - custom scale factor

I've only got a few days left in my Parallels 12 trial.
But, I have an issue. I can't change screen font (text) and scale size. When I go to the section to do so, I see "Custom scale factor is set".

Any idea how to resolve this?

Hmm, looks like changing the graphics settings to scaled, has helped:

After fixing my initial issue, now one of my apps only opens HUGE!

Sorry to say, that didn't help. Rather weird that this started happening.
If I switch back to using Retina, the application is still large now. Very weird...

Followed to the letter, and all was already set to 100% DPI (96). Still my Directory Opus app isn't showing correctly, too large...

I did a total reinstall of the application, Directory Opus, and now it is showing as it should. Albeit, weird that I needed to do that. Thanks
