Windows 10 doesn't show my shared disks

I can't get Windows 10 to show any of my mac disks or files. I have a VM running Win8.1 and I have access to everything, but not in my Win10 VM.
I've selected "share all" in the Parallels control panel and restarted Windows, but they still aren't available to me. Is there a way within Windows 10 to find and use these disks and files. If I can't use them in Windows, then Parallels is sort of pointless.
 
Yes, but I have Parallels Desktop 11 Mac Pro Edition and there is no option that I can see to install Parallel Tools. I have checked the control panel, I have checked the Parallels menus. Nowhere is there an option to install Parallel Tools. Is there some other location or method of installing tools?
 
Check that. I found the menu to reinstall Parallel tools - it was under the Parallels icon at the top right of my window. I reinstalled the tools and Windows 10 appears to be running in coherence mode, and I can view my disks.
