Windows 10 Extend Monitor doesn't work

Bit poster
win10 run in Full Screen mode
Extent monitor recognized as a single display
It can't work Really as a extend monitor to have two screen Windows

It means I have to switch each of screen No1. or No.2 to use it, and the other one have nothing to show.

Extent mode works well before, but after recent upgrade it doesn't work. Did any of you have the same problem?

Hi @Bill1, please reinstall Parallels Tools using the instructions from this article.
Once Parallels Tools are reinstalled, right click on Windows Desktop -> choose Screen Resolution-> click Identify button, then make sure the recommended resolution is chosen to fix it.
 
Hi Chris,

I tried the way, while it doesn't work anyway. Now in Win 10 extend mode i suffer from switch two monitors to see extended content still. It's unconvinient so much, and there two different DELL monitors I tested which have same result.
