Windows 10 fails to install multiple times

I'm running OS 10.11, Parallels 11 and Windows 7. I have 25Gb of free space on my virtual HD. I've tried multiple times to install Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool that is downloaded using the VM Actions menu and it just keeps failing. About the only thing it gives me is an incredibly (un)helpful dialog box that says "something happened." This comes towards the end of the install process after I accept the EULA. Any ideas on what could be going on here?
