Just recently installed parallels and windows 10. I attempted to run the PC Mover express tool to transfer files from my old windows laptop, no success. But after cancelling the operation, the tool is frozen onto windows 10. I have restarted windows 10, quit and tried to kill it using activity monitor. The pc mover still remains, frozen, when i open windows.
