Hello all. First time post, A few days ago my Mac Book Pro OS (Big Sur) took in an update. I do not know if this has anything to do with the issue that I have where I no longer have internet access. Your assistance / guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I tried all modes. I should add that unbeknownst to me, my client recently completely reinstalled the OS (Big Sur) on her new Mac Book Pro. She then used Time Machine to restore her files and apps including Parallels. I am not sure if this was the right way to restore Parallels or not. Perhaps, the logical thing to do now is a complete reinstall of Parallels.
You can try the Parallels Tools reinstallation before the completely Parallels Desktop reinstallation. And please provide us with any results.
