Windows 10 Hangs on Boot Build 41591

Windows 10 made some updates and now it hangs on the spinning circles on the black screen. I installed the latest Build of Parallels 12 41591 and still does not load. I installed by upgrading Windows 7 with the free download so I don't have a CD to boot from to repair this install.
 
@CraigM1 Hi! with regards to Windows 10 freezing up with a black screen, you may try steps suggested in this article. With regards to repairing Windows 10, you can download an .iso (image file) from here (choose either x64 or x32 bit depending on your current Windows 10 variant).
