Windows 10 Home on USB install stuck

Hi I have been trying many ways to install W10 from a Microsoft USB stick (I purchased Windows 10 32/64 on a USD rather than a CD/DVD)
I have an iMac OS X EL Capitain V10.11.5, Parallels Desktop 11.2

I have followed KB 123364 3 times now, all seemingly goes well to the final stages and the it gets stuck and the VM window shows The MS w10 Brand Blue window image at jaunty angle. Closing, restarting, re-booting etc make no difference. If I start the VM it is just stuck in the same place.

Any one else had this problem and knowhow to get out of it ?

Hi Dinesh, thank you for the informative reply
Unfortunately, the article describes a process that requires a Parallels CD/DVD which I don't have as the product I purchased was an empty box and you had to download the DMG file.
