Windows 10 is freezing while working in Rhino

Since the last Parallels update I have big issues with Windows 10 freezes while working in Rhino (I never had this before, now sometimes twice a day) it is not just the Rhino blocked it freezes the complete Windows I can't do a restart of Windows it is always a setback necessary, (I have not done the Update to High Sierra I'm still on Sierra 10.12.6) if someone knows help this is highly appreciated, Kind Regards Rachel

Hello Alfena, thank you very much for your link, I went through all the points and can confirm that the settings are correct and also the possible causes can be excluded. Actually the problem is not solved yet, it never happened before so I dont know the reason. Parallels is updated do you think a update to High Sierra can help? Kind Regards Rachel

Please let us know the total RAM available on the Mac (Apple Icon -> About This Mac -> Overview). Also, launch Rhino, generate a Problem Report ID while the application is running and reply with the report ID number.

Dear Hemnath, thank you for your reply, I have 16GB 2133 MHZ LPDD3R 2,9 GHz Intel Core i7 (I work on a MacBook Pro) the System Report have been created you will find it under the following ID 229888760, I appreciate your help, Kind Regards Rachel

Thanks for the information. Please shut down Windows, open the virtual machine configuration window, navigate to Hardware -> CPU & Memory, allocate 5 GB under 'Memory', set the value '2' under 'Processors' and enable 'Adaptive Hypervisor' under 'Advanced Settings' (if the option is available). Then, navigate to Options -> Optimization and set 'Resource usage' to 'No limit'. Close the window now. Additionally, try and perform these steps as well.
