Windows 10 is in a Letterbox?

I just installed Windows 10 and Parallels 11, and I'm finding the current screen settings to be a bit claustrophobic.

As you can see, the actual screen settings are set as a letterbox, while the windows themselves are massive (and can't be shrunk). I really hope this isn't how the screen is supposed to look. How do I fix this?
