Windows 10 Is Not Responding

I have successfully installed Windows 10 and almost finished installing Office 2016 but suddenly it is not responding, I have tried restarting both my Laptop and Parallels Desktop but it doesn't work. What can I do?
More info: When I hover the cursor over the window of Windows it doesnt change to Windows's cursor, and when I click anything the cursor disappears and I can do nothing on Windows.
I have macOS Seirra 10.12.3, Parallels 12, Windows 10.

I'm having the same exact issue with my Parallels. I click on the desktop with my Mac cursor and the Windows cursor doesn't show up and it doesn't respond to anything I do.

Hi @Elizabeth3, please make sure the virtual machine is in shut down state.
1. Open virtual machine configuration.
2. Switch to Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > set Mouse to Optimize for games.
3. In Hardware tab switch to Boot Order > extend Advanced settings > in Boot flags box paste the following flag:
devices.usb.mouse=0
4. Start the virtual machine and check the issue.
 
It's not letting me shut down the Virtual Machine because it's frozen and I've tried quitting it and opening it back up, but it won't stop being on Suspended. I don't know how to change that.
