Windows 10 Issue - Windows Cannot Access Shared Folder

Hey all, just got Windows 10 working after that annoying display issue which I just downloaded the ISO file to get around it. Now I'm running into an error where it seems that Windows cannot access the shared Parallels folders, making file navigation incredibly difficult. Has anybody else seen this issue? I'm putting a screenshot on here to show. Thanks.

Disregard, I changed my virtual machine to Windows 10 (from 8.1) disabled sharing folder and reinstalled parallels tools. All good, strange though.
 
Yes. There is a knowledge base but shows an outdated way to delete and re-install the tools. Few hiccups but all in all working pretty well.
