I'm in desperate need of help here: since upgrading I can get to the screen which says "Windows 10 suspended" then, when i hit enter I get a black screen and that's it! No error message ever appears. I've tried hitting F8 continually (in fact I've tried all the function keys) and I've tried going back to an earlier snapshot in Mac Time Machine but NOTHING is working. I've look at so many KB articles I've become blind and I can't call support because there is no way to call from the UK. I can't shut the machine down fully and I can't get to a Windows Command Prompt or the start menu. I'm happy to reinstall Parallels and even buy Windows 10 again if I have to as it's my business machine and I can't work on MS Products (Project, Visio) at the moment. I am running: Parallels desktop for Mac Pro Edition v13.1.1 (43120) Windows 10 Sierra v10.12.6 (16G29)
