Windows 10 on parallels desktop 9 sound issue

I'm using parallels desktop 9 and recently installed windows 10 which is upgraded from windows 8.1
At first after installing, parallels tools are not reinstalled. so I installed parallels tools manually.
then I can reinstall parallels tools so reinstalled parallels tools automatically.
After all the installations, I can't still use sound.
the sound icon in tray shows a message that there is no audio equipment installed.
But I have audio equipment in the list of play equipment.
(I'm using Korean as windows basic language, so the message and menu name may be different)
I need to solve this problem. please give me the solution for this.
 
Hi Youngkyu,
Windows 10 is not supported with Parallels Desktop 9. However, if you are able to install it will not work effectively as the other OS does.
