Windows 10 on Parallels Desktop No Images Found

New user to Apple and Parallels Desktop
Trying to install Windows 10 Professional 64bit on MBP running Os X El Capitan.
I keep getting the message no images found similar to post

But nothing seems to work.
I eventually installed windows 8.1 and am upgrading this install to windows 10. Not sure why windows 10 won't sinstall?

Hi KennethS2, Once you have downloaded Windows 10 ISO image file, please follow the steps below to install Windows 10:
1. Start Parallels Desktop File > New as per this article
2. Select the ISO file as installation media and in step 4 as per the article (when it asks for Windows activation key), 'UNCHECK' Express Installation & proceed with the installation.
3. Once Windows is installed successfully, you can install Parallels Tools manually.
