Windows 10 Preview and Visual Studio 2015 RC

Hello,

I am trying to start the Windows Phone 8.1 emulator in Visual Studio 2015 RC to run an app. The problem is that the emulator takes a long long time to startup. I added more memory and hard disk space but no luck.

Do you have a guide to configure a Windows 10 Preview in developers mode?

Please follow the steps suggested at, http://kb.parallels.com/112091 to increase the performance of the virtual machine.
You will have to contact Microsoft for the user guide for Windows 10 Technical Preview in developers mode.
