Windows 10 Product Key lost after Winows installs updates

    Hello,
    I installed "Win 10 Home" and activate dit with a digital product key. Fine.
    But after "Win 10 Home" installs updates the product key of Win 10 is lost. It says "not activated".

    Using Parallels 16 on Mac Catalina

    Any solution?
